A Warren County man has been banned from possessing power tools by General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore.
Christopher Jam Oldham was in court on Tuesday, Oct. 13, for arraignment on domestic assault charges. He was arrested on Oct. 8. He’s alleged to have punched the victim, identified as Kenneth Oldham, in the face during an argument over fixing a shower.
According to the warrant, Kenneth had a drill in hand and struck Christopher in the privates with it. During the struggle that ensued, Christopher was struck in the ear by the drill bit but managed to attain possession of the power tool.
Warren County Sheriff’s Deputy Brayden Carter determined that Christopher was the primary aggressor. He was taken by Ascension Saint Thomas River Park Hospital by Warren County EMS for treatment of an ear injury and booked into Warren County Jail.
Judge Moore ordered peaceful contact only between the two and banned him from possessing any power tools.
At this time, Christopher is being represented by the Public Defender’s office. His next scheduled court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 12, 2027.
